Motivational Monday-My Simple Portion Control Trick
Portion control is one of the most important ways to make sure we are not stuffing ourselves leading to feeling bloated & sluggish.
Tip- Eat out of small plates/bowls
I like to trick myself and make sure to make my meals in small bowls. If I am still hungry, I can always go for seconds. Most of the time, it is just plenty. Sometimes we just need to leave a little space so we can digest. Eating slowly and in smaller portions helps to control our calorie intake.
Red Inca Quinoa with chopped onions
Kale with a light lemon vinaigrette
Topped with sliced organic hard boiled egg
