Meditation is a great way to de-stress in this crazy, sexy, busy city. I just learned a cool new meditation trick that helps me get into a deeper state of relaxation. Yeah..me!!! I usually HATE meditating.
But I feel amazing when I get up early and start my Miracle Morning. I start with a 10 min meditation, followed by prayer, reading and writing. It has seriously changed my life!!!
