HOT & HEALTHY FOR THE HOLIDAYS
Hot and Healthy for The Holidays was one of my favorite events. The room was packed with over 100 young professional business women who were all eager and excited to learn from the various speakers.
Topics ranging from nutrition, healthy cooking, foot and spine health and more. There were food demos and tastings and even an impromtu fashion show.

THE SUNDAY STARTER KIT
I love bringing together a big community, but there’s also some special kind of magic that happens in close knit-settings with a smaller group of people.
That’s why Kimberly Kois McConnell and I created with the Sunday Starter Kit. Over a weekend, we taught a tight group of busy New York city professionals how to take a week’s worth of healthy, nourishing meals from grocery store to dinner table for under $11 a day.
The event sparked more confidence in the kitchen, more creativity with leftovers, and more money in their wallets. Plus it was so much fun! I wish you could have been there!

A night of wellness, networking, and healthy fun in the serene garden. We love bringing together fabulous chicas to connect soulfully and feel amazing. From guided moving meditations, an educational seminar, FREE health consultations, customized anti-aging analysis, beauty giveaways, fresh juices and healthy snacks. It’s was a night dedicated to making women feel the best so they can BE their best!
